I am specifically looking for dedicated, and VPS companies only. I have no interest in shared clients or hosting companies. All profit gobbled up by support tickets, and too fickle after purchase.

I have a decent budget for a smaller hosting company buy out. For a bigger company, I will consider a structured settlement if needed. Adult clients fine, SEO clients fine. Some international fine.

I currently have a fast growing web hosting company made up of mainstream affiliate marketers, SEO and adult as well as some mailers. I offer 24/7/365 support with 15-30 minute response times. I even have two level three techs above my main support channel guys for good measure. Your business, or clients, are in good hands.

Seller would need to sell a non-compete for a minimum of 2 years if completely selling out. I am not looking to purchase a company, and have you simply start a new one and take back all the clients.

Company needs to be a minimum of 12 months old, and you need to provide documents for both revenue and expenses, including any licenses and contract agreements. Both on your end, and clients you have under contract.

2. Our budget is anywhere from $XX,XXX-XXX,XXX. If we like it, we want to buy it.
3. The non-compete is a must.
4. Please make sure you have, at minimum, the basics when contacting.
5. While I will consider everything, I prefer North American companies.

You would be surprised how many contact you saying they want to sell, and do not have the most basic of information. It should be a break down of clients, if under contract or not, any contracts you have with vendors and term lengths, number of servers, revenue, expenses, profit after expenses, why you want to sell and so on.

If you have your details in order, and we like what we see, then we will work out the terms for purchase. However, without the basic details, we can't realistically consider some of those who contact me.
