I need est. 40-50 gigs of INBOUND traffic and est. 10 gigs of OUTBOUND per
month.

I know many of you do not charge for INBOUND, only OUTBOUND, so please make
this clear in your quote.

Why mostly inbound?? This will be a Primary NS and backup webserver for my
primary Co-Located server. In the unlikely event that the main hosting box
goes down, this box will serve the pages.

I am in Diamond Bar, CA... Preferably something close would be amazing.

For colo price, hosts may need to know the dimension of your server. Like, is it mid tower, mini tower, tower, rackmount (1U/2U/3U/4U/etc).

I have not yet purchased the case for the new server, so I'm open to all quotes.
