Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a place to host my site. It is fully based on vBulletin forums, wich make an intensive use of the database (mysql). My site has about 5000-10.000 visitors/day and 50-100 concurrent online users...
I'm not sure if there are any hosting plan for this (the hosting i purchase some days ago have just ask me to dramatically decrease the database use...), what do u think?
I think maybe i'd need a dedicated server, but i cannot pay those prices, don't have time to admin a server and only need about 500 gb of disk space...
Any suggestion?
Thx

Well if you only need 500 gb of space no problem! just kidding - you need a dedicated server for sure with that kind of traffic. No reasonable host would allow you to drag down an entire server with the load it would place. With that kind of traffic you can't generate cash through banner ads or sponsers?

With those traffic numbers you can get banner ads from bigger comapnies - doubleclick etc. videogames sounds like a young audience, register for an affilaite program with a place that would appeal to your visitors..all this is free. You've done the hard part, you get eyeballs. Email me if you want more help
