Where are PlexHost (the company, not the servers) located, every time I contact Sales, I have to wait until the following day, hoping Support won't be the same (they have no forum and the IM was offline last night).
Their parent company are in the Netherlands, I hope they're not European too, I've had enough of the timezone crap with my UK hosts, is anyone on Pacific time?!

They are located in the netherlands, but with Servers in NAC (usa). According to Karel (from plexhost) they also offer hosting/resellerplans hosted in France and the Netherlands.
Karel is online at the moment :)

Well I guess at least the server is in the US, so it'll be faster to access, I can't access AIM from work, but I guess if Karel is online now that's not bad as it must be 10pm over there.....
Anyone had any experience with them (other than Vampire who seems to be a bit too keen on them!) I only went with them as they're the only other ones in my price ranger other than Manlius.com

well the i've talked to karel alot and he seems like a nice guy/gal dont know by name..

I have one of my reseller accounts hosted on their NAC servers. :D And I must say, they offer great services for a great price :)
I can't say anything about their support, because I'm from the Europe, so I never had such problems with time zones etc...
