We are looking at the Australian program and it seem as though there are a lot of hidden costs not mentioned on the site. When we question them they send no reply. Anyone else have this problem?

Anyone else have this problem? chaos 04-26-2001, 11:04 PM Haze, I am an Australian merchant of WorldPay and the only costs involved are an anual fee of A$365 plus 4.5% of all transactions. No hidden costs and fairly easy to setup :) I noticed your other post about payments.com.au and I checked them out. I'd recommend going with WorldPay as they are known and recommended by many. If you have any questions or need a hand just email me. MKelso 04-27-2001, 01:19 AM Best to keep looking and try contacting worldpay again whilst examining other options. A good place to start is by looking at http://www.stgeorge.com.au/code/ecommerce/partners/who have a list of companies offering transaction services. Some of the ones i am considering switching to are; http://www.eway.com.au http://www.webtransaction.com.au http://www.ematters.com.au It all depends on what you really need and what you can afford too, in finding a solution best to suit your requirements. bishmorehosting 04-27-2001, 01:46 PM iBill's system is pretty good..... but only if you're starting out. They charge a 15% commission, but there are no setup fees or other transaction fees. Also no minimum monthly payments. If you sell nothing, they charge you nothing. Simple, but a little pricey if you've got large volume. BH. Haze 04-30-2001, 08:48 PM I found out the hidden cost is for the money they send us. So whenever they deposit the money into our account we get charged $7.10 Australian. It kind of sucks but i think these guys are our best bet. We are going with them regardless. I have tryed to talk with RevEcom but there support seem to be clueless. When we send requests for information they give us replys like "uh, whatcha mean?". Anywho, Thanks for your help all. |
