I am a newbie to ded servers and it was brought to my attention that a persons email was not working properly, when I attempted to re-send the email via the queue it gave this error (actual email and paths changed to protect heh)

Could anyone shed some light on this issue and how I may be able to correct it?

I am very appreciative to any help.

I'm going to take a wild guess here :stickout: Are you using Exim and Spamassassin? Looks like maybe Exim is having some problem calling Spamassassin.

Yeppers, I am. I disabled Spamassassin via the persons control panel, but the person has yet to receive any email via pop3 or webmail.

It seems as though its starting to re-send out the emails! Thank you for your response :)

No problem. Are you using Cpanel? You might want to update to the latest stable build. There were some reports of problems with Spamassassin on earlier builds.

Yeppers, CPanel, and I have updated just yesterday actually. Is there any other ways to fix SpamAssasain so it actually works like it should with accounts? I thank you again for all the help :)

Unfortunately none of the posts that I saw on forums.cpanel.net said exactly what the problem was or how to fix it. I can take a look at it if you'd like and compare it to the configurations on my server and see if I can spot anything.
