another question, I do not have much experience with dedicated as I never has one, is it very complicated to manage or do u need to be an expert?

WHM/Cpanel makes it easy to manage a server :)

there are only 2 servers with no setup fee ... what about the other servers ?

We'll have other servers in stock as well. These are the only servers we are able to sell without a setup fee. ;)

Yes our network is pretty stable, we're also adding Xpedient to our bandwidth so that the 'Cogent peering' issue with AOL doesn't affect our clients. Hopefully it should be turned up shortly.

Yes our network SLA is visible clearly on our website. No we don't accept Alertra as an outage notifier because in the past we used to use Alertra but we got way too many false notifications.

Do you just do a standard install of say RH and cpanel , or do you do do any hardening ie using bastille, RH firewall settings?

Its a standard RedHat 7.3 server install with cpanel.
