Alexuk 12-18-2002, 07:20 AM another question, I do not have much experience with dedicated as I never has one, is it very complicated to manage or do u need to be an expert?

WHM/Cpanel makes it easy to manage a server :)

MattF 12-18-2002, 07:35 AM Nice offer,
Has your network stabled out yet? Are there still problems?
Do you provide a network SLA? Do you accept Alertra time-outs are outages?

Yes our network is pretty stable, we're also adding Xpedient to our bandwidth so that the 'Cogent peering' issue with AOL doesn't affect our clients. Hopefully it should be turned up shortly.
Yes our network SLA is visible clearly on our website. No we don't accept Alertra as an outage notifier because in the past we used to use Alertra but we got way too many false notifications.
Ashar.
JamesA 12-18-2002, 07:46 AM As an added note to the SLA, all requests must be sent in via fax to our Miami fax number
