I'm looking for Level 3, Verio, Internap, or something along those lines. Reasonable rack fees and no nickle and diming are a plus. Bandwidth no greater than $100-150 a meg. Anyone good you can think of?

We ran into some issues with detroitnetworks.com being sort of hijacked ... so I wouldn't take anything that comes from that domain as golden. Plus, I don't get e-mail there....
