I have tested charges on whmcs work pretty well ,the thing that dont work for me is that whmcs dont send the emailing thats supposed to be sent automatically right after someone makes an actual purchase,can you tell why?

That is a bit bizarre, check with support@whmcs.com and give them your login info, they are usually very fast even on weekends.

The email can be possibly arriving in the spam folder, did you check that?

ye men double checked that,also thaught maybe the cron job was programmed delayed but dont think so,didnt think at whmcs.com would handle this matters

I suggest one of two things:

Sign up on the WHMCS Forums (http://forums.whmcs.com/) and post your issue there and ask for assistance.
Open a ticket with WHMCS and ask them for support. http://www.whmcs.com/support.php


WebHostingTalk.com is not a WHMCS Support Forum. I'm not trying to be mean, but your best bet on a quick and easy solution is to get support from the developer.

But I dont think is the situation here vladd because we are talking about the emails that the clients are supposed to receive from whmcs once right after they compleat purchase from whmcs automation,is diferent matter vladd is not support is billing related notify

I think the situation isn't pertinent for the WebHostingTalk.com forums personally. Contact WHMCS for support.

Go to Setup >Server's

Now Click WHM and does it connect fine?

Also seem's like some port's are being blocked... Contact your hosting provider if WHM is connecting fine within the server...

Is the Payment Received email listed in Utilities > Email Message Log? If it is you'll need to check your mailserver settings.

No semoweb whmcs and cpanel connects fine it reads and detects the accounts that are active inside cpanel

Im about solving this what I know is that the order confirmation emails arrive in to my whmcs,but Im kinda see why
