The reason is because we dont sell cheap hosting. We sell quality hosting at cost. Premium bandwidth (NAC.net), Premium Hardware (P4 1.7ghz w/512mb ram), and most of our customers rave about the quality of our support (all requests are handled within a few hours...at most 24 hours).

Its good you use premimum hardware. Whats uptime gaurantee on servers? And can you make customize packages too.

The servers come with a network uptime guarantee of 99.9% As far as server freezes and other hardware failures, the Datacenter monitors all services of the server (web, mail, SSH, etc...) and if any of them go down, they reboot the server and we are paged immediately. 99% of problems are solved within minutes. In the event of a major hardware failure, we keep spare servers live and ready to go...all we do is swap the hard drives of the old server and turn it on...again downtime is kept to a minimum. All servers have full daily, weekly, and monthly backups incase of a hard drive failure.
