How can i find what components are installed on a windows2000 server?

You didn't make your question clear. Do you mean the componet of windows 2000 or the components of the web server bundle with win2k - IIS ?

Try to go to control panel -> Add or Remove Programs

I want to know if somthing like aspmail is installed or not, and my panel is HC2002.
