I already have 128 ram on the raq and my cpu load is around 2 or 3 sometimes it jumps to 60+ at same time my ram has been used up altogether and server crashes. Is there going to be a big improvment if I add another 128 ram?

If it is your CPU usage that is causing problems then adding more RAM will most likely not help. I don't see why your server would crash under heavy loads--perhaps there is another problem here. Since your CPU usage is spiking, I would investiage any CGI scripts you or your clients might be running that would cause this. Serving static HTML will generally not cause this, so sudden spikes in traffic most likely would not casuse CPU spikes. Linux tends to use all the RAM you throw at it, so high RAM usage is normal... However RAM is also used for caching content so you will see an improvement in speed, although I don't think it will address your high CPU utilization problem at all.
