I want to build a safelist site.
About 10000 members, each member could send one email to others per day. one email is limited to about 5,000 chars.
Please give me some suggestions about the space and bandwidth requirements. Thank you.

youll need your own server. such lists usually put too much load on the server and hosts usually cant afford to place you on a shared enviornment.

a PIII server with 100 - 200 GB bandwidth should be enough for you.
