Anyone have recommendations for search engine submission software for multiple domains?

I don't have my sites all situated & functional yet (some will be hosted & redirected on myinternet.com), but when I do, search engine submission will be my next step. I would prefer to own the submission software rather than pay recurring service fees for submission.
