I'm looking for a VPS.NET-like cloud service that offers servers in Dallas, TX... a west coast option would also be a plus. I have, use and love VPS.NET but their lack of a "true" central timezone option leaves me searching for an alternative as many of my Houston-based customers would like Dallas-based servers. I'm looking for a stable company (not a reseller) and I'm looking for one similar in pricing to VPS.NET... and I'd prefer to not have to pay extra for bandwidth costs (like RackSpace), I much prefer the lump-sum so I can better plan costs.
Any feedback or ideas would be great.

Did you visit softlayer yet? They offer pretty good cloud solutions, although Im not sure if it's self healing like VPS.net. You may have to ask them over live chat if they offer the same self healing function like VPS.net.

There is a company who provides cloud hosting but its in San Antonio.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'll check those companies out. I received an email from a little birdie who saw my post that told me VPS.NET is setting up a cloud at SoftLayer in Dallas in 30-60 days, as an FYI.

Your best bet would be to sign-up with Slicehost and ask the support team to allow you to provision in the Rackspace DFW data center. Similar offering to Cloud Servers (but lacking some integration with other RS Cloud products and APIs) but gives you the servers where you want as well as the bundled bandwidth you were asking for.
