I am running Apache on a Red Hat Linux 7.3 system and want to know how to use the mod_bandwidth Apache module to limit bandwidth on a monthly basis (like Cpanel).

How exactly can I set this up so for instance a certain domain can only transfer 15 Gigabytes of bandwidth per month?

Can someone please tell me how I can limit this like cpanel does?

but the limiting should also include ftp and other traffic generated by a user
