I'm looking for a good US-based ASP.NET 3.5+ host with MS SQL Server 2005+, that has Secure FTP.

I usually use WinSCP to transfer files to the server, so I'm not interested in any web solutions.

Quality and reputation take precedence over budget. I'm not Warren Buffet, but I'm not Scrooge either :)

I use crystaltech myself and have a server 2003 .net 3.5 and a CF9 plan on server 2008 and don't have many issues with my sites/applications.

I didn't see on their website that they offer secure FTP.

I use FTPS - FTP over implicit TLS/SSL for my sites.

IIS does not support SFTP.
If you have dedicated ip and ssl installed, you can use FTPS as Jason already mentioned.

Have a look at happy-hosting company, they support ASP.NET on their servers and prices are not high on their quality services. Support is good and responsive. I like them.

I made the switch over to Crystaltech and was able to connect using FTPS using their default SSL Certificate. An easy process.
