I know about iCall, but would like to know of other options in the Dallas area or thereabouts. San Antonio is fine as well. Primary calling would be to the 830 area code (rural, so kinda expensive per minute unless you're calling a big-four cell phone) and maybe some 210/512 thrown in.

Any ideas? Current outbound provider is Vitelity, but would be really nice to have some redundancy. If the deal was really good we'd move all our traffic (12k minutes and growing) over.
