I'm a freelance designer and I'm look forward to get a new clients (duh). I would like to have a portfolio more than just hosting sites which I can get easily here. Do any of you know any other sites similar to this where I can get a good ad of my service without paying (elance)? Particulary places not filled with designers like yaxay.

I think SitePoint also lets you advertise .. .you can also post a thread here on WHT in the Related Offers and Requests (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=27) Forums. There is also a possibility to advertise there.
