I am going to be buying a few vbb licenses for myself at least (3). I wanted to see if anyone else here is interested in joining up with me and buy them in bulk so that we get a large discount. I talked to vbb and they said it was okay for me to buy then transfer them over to another person. These will be brand new never used licenses. If we can get 11 people it will be $124, if we can get 25 people it will be $114 and if we get 50 people it will be $106.

theqase - i understand where you are coming from. I use a verified paypal account with more then 50 incoming transactions. I sell skins here and would never scam anyone. I am not getting anything out of this except getting my licenses for less.

You can ask the poster above you Andyc he has bought skins from me, i am always here and like my post said you have my icq # everything before this takes place if you want i will give the people my address everything including phone number if they want it.

If anyone knows where else to post this please let me know so we can get as many people as we can.

haha... you keep freaking me out with all of the vb owned posts... im getting excited hoping i am finding someone selling theirs... i was just over at yaxay and seen it... haha

anyways... i am debating on joining this here list... because i dont have the 124$ to spend.... can i wait and see how many we get before i set my yes or no in stone?

also i think a mod should sticky this so more people can see it since these threads dont bump...

for sure you can wait to say a final yes that goes for everyone really. It would be great to put up a sticky about this, but i doubt they would since i am pretty sure they charge for that. And the price is close to the cost of a leased license :)

*hint* but if chicken wants to pull some strings to help out the people on the board then that would be great ;)

anyways i will be around most of the night, trying to install ensim on a dummy box i have (not having much luck with stupid errors) so if anyone has more questions i will try to answer as fast as i can. I will only be out for 2 hours when i head out to the gym

I am hoping we get 25 people but you never know, i am probably going to buy a bunch my self since i have a ton of forums i want to start.

Think of it this way.

igy scams us, we email PayPal of it and his PayPal account gets frozen and we get our refund.

SImple as that.

exactly i have no reason to scam anyone, thats what i use for all my sales right now. would pretty much be kissing my business goodbye if i was that stupid

Let's wait on it Mr. Wilson -- Christmas is coming up right around the corner.

Since we have nearly 11 people, how about everyone chips in $5 to make this t hread a sticky? It would help us out a ton..

k well we pretty much have 11 if everyone that said they are interested go through with it.. so if we get 14 more its about $11 less i think so you guys let me know.

update on me.. i just purchased a leased...

i think i made a mistake.. you know what i mean... i may have this one on the block in a few days... :bawling:

Leased license is not worth it guys, its probably going to be $124, then in one year its going to be $30 to renew where ase with lease its full price every year..

by my count if everyone that has posted goes through with it we have 11 or 12, which is $124.

So if anyone else is interested let me know. We probably should do this pretty soon and not hold off to long.

What does a leased license do that a owned one doesn't?

You may ignore my n00bish post if you wish, perhaps just treat it as a upper then. :)

I need to see how many people are for sure buying one or more. So i can get a final count and see how many people we really have now

Zommer - leased is $85 and expires once the year is up and if you want it again its $85 again and so on. Where if you buy an owned license you own that license and at the end of the year if you still want updates you pay $30 but it doesn't really expire.

How many more do you need for the next price drop i may be interested

So far 4 have paid one is about to pay.

so i would say we need by the time everyone pays about 14 more then it will drop like $10. I mean i am happy with the $124 price i am going to buy 3 for sure. I am just hoping we get more people interested.

I am going to make one last post once this one passes 5 days to try one last time to get people.

You could get this even cheaper if you join their Commission Junction affiliate program- you get 20% get on all purchases through an affilate...

so lets say 11 licenses are bought at $124.00 USD each... then if you buy the 11 licenses through an affiliate link, you will receive $272.80 USD back through CJ.com

Distribute the 272.80 equally to 11 license owners, then you can get the overall price of the licenses down to $99.20 USD.

This has been discussed on WHT before and I believe it has worked- I don't think vBulletin has any requirements that prevents you from doing this.

So you should really consider this if you have not already.
