(1) What is the ping time you got? I need to tell it to Webreseller NOC.

(2) What are your customers location? Also inside the United Arab Emirates? If they are outside the United Arab Emirates, we believe they may not be affected by the slow speed. We have customers from Europe and Asia, their ping time is about 120ms and 220ms respectively - acceptable.

it's 310ms- 325ms!!
