This is going to be the pre-release of Customer Care v1.0! People interested in using the pre-release will be notified in bulk by e-mail and given a special program for testing purposes. The reason for doing so is that I can get information on how to improve the functions in the program.

The pre-release consists of a program that doesn't save changes after use, and can only be used once.

The full program will save changes for later use and can be used unlimited times.

Customer Care v1.0 is a program used for a hosting company. The program holds customer information. There is really nothing else I can provide to explain it.

The pre-release will be given out on December 20th for participants. If interested please contact me at rlipe@multi-cap.com

There is plenty you can do.. like a website. Maybe a demo. Or a detailed description of features.

Your post is kind of like saying you want beta testers to test out a "car". But don't give any details on the engine, size, colors, features, etc..

Why should we spend our valuable time helping you out? You need to TEASE us with something...

Agree completely. This smells of vapour ware.

From the website:

Our software division is currently under development!

Check back soon!

I have a website; put one and two together and you might come up with it.

My username is Multi-Cap and my e-mail address is rlipe@multi-cap.com.

My software division isn't open yet. Hence why this is a pre-release. This IS a demo, and there are not details for it. It holds customer information, what else would you like me to say? Would you like me to explain EVERYTHING it holds? Would you be satisfied with that?

I didn't ask for special comments about my post, I asked for comments about the program after you tested it. So until you want to try out the program for yourself, be gone.

After a post like the one you just did, I highly doubt you're going to get many volunteer's.

This is a FREE community, which means it is up to YOU to convince US why we should help you. Why we should spend our FREE time doing YOUR bug testing?

Acting like you just did is not going to win you many friends around here.

Why don't you go take a night school course on interpersonal relationships and then another one on sales.

Then go read the book called, "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie.

Good luck with your CUSTOMER CARE software. With your great insight into relationship skills as you just demonstrated, I'm sure it is wonderful.
