I'd like to hear anybody's recommendations for web hosts. These are our requirements:

24 hour support (phone ideally, but not required), Need to be able to speak to a human on the phone - at least during normal business hours.
mysql
Preferably =<200 hosts per server
Telnet
Min 100mb space
At least 50 e-mail addresses
preferably unlimited bandwidth - but otherwise >2 GB
Perl support
Preferably ssh, ssi, and ssl
Decent servers - nothing less than 500 Mhz, 512 MB RAM.
ftp
Would be very preferable to have Statistics - but may not be a requirement
Unix
$99 per year (preferable) - but nothing more than $9.95 per month with NO setup fee.
Power backup

You will never get unlimited bandwidth. It does not exist. Dont get conned by it.
