Since this thread has been taken over by "timmay" etc etc, what do you mean six weeks and nothing? You mean you paid and didn't receive your server? Simple chargeback.

people, PLEASE, get dude's address, and start calling his family, find/call his local police station and have them send out someone to "talk" with them, call the state attourney general's office and give them complete information on his parents, uncle and himself.

Everyone is full of it here. They all say they are going to do something and act tuff behind the keyboard... What i call keyboard heros. But then it comes to real life were things are not digital etc and nothing gets done about it.

I must of heard about 20 times that he is going to get sued, slapped, parents/guardian is going to get spoken to, police contacted and etc etc.

But he is still around, still gaining customers from what i believe. AS much as we tease Timmahh and Timmy etc the laughs on the people that got ripped by him becasue he is probably laughing reading all these posts.

He probably laughs off every thread about him because so many have suggested throwing the book at him but at the end of the day nothing is done and Tim D is still laughing at you.

Thats a very good question, if he's 16 now, he's legally accountable (before when he was 15, what were you gonna do? not much aside from sue'ing his poor family), now he can be held accountable for some of his actions, someone should seriously get him shut down. I would think with the amount of reported fraud by TimPD, someone would have done something by now :rolleyes:.

He lives as a hermit at home :) Listens to church music etc obviously a religious family why would any good folk want to put this person behind bars or make him pay.

I know many reasons but no one has done jacksh$t, guess what people jack left town and changed his name to Tim, guess what your left with???

He still lives in the same place i believe! Just the way he buys a domain and starts a new business just over night freaks me out no one has done anything about it.

Timmy was telling me a few months ago the local sheriff who lived a few blocks away from his was threatening to beat his ass and he was pissing in his pants :D
