Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right place for this experience story, but I believe that the moderators will move the post to the appropriate place anyway.
So I needed CDN service for a few projects & websites of mine, and I've searched, then I stumbled upon NetDNA/MaxCDN. I tried to talk to someone on their livechat, and here's how it went.
First of all, I was happy to talk to someone who actually know what he's talking about, I was happy to learn about their services and I thought the price is pretty cheap. I mean, I paid $39 for 1TB that will expire in 1 year, then I can go to pay-as-you-go mode for less than 10cents per GB, it was too good to be true and I honestly suspected a catch here or there... But none.. absolutely none... So the first dilemma was solved (knowledgeable people and good pricing).
Then I was worried about speed and uptime, 0% downtime, seriously... and the speed increase was remarkable (at least for me), so that seemed to be taken care of as well.
My last and most important problem which I had with other places was support... I have to admit that they had an answer to every question I had, response time was really short (5-10 minutes to 1 hour or something), and they are even available on weekends.
More over, I love the API and how the control panel is easy to use.
I am staying with MaxCDN for as long as they want my business.
