We are "pre-marketing" a hosting facility in Dallas, Texas:

Verado (formerly First World), built and operated a state-of-the-art hosting facility at 400 S. Akard in downtown Dallas.

The facility was constructed at an estimated cost of $400 per square foot (a total cost of $8,000,000.00 in 2001). The site is complete with a reception area, several offices, a conference room, kitchen and more than 15,000 square feet of raised computer flooring. Complete with robotic cameras, 2400 AMP UPS Systems, AC and DC power systems, 1500KW generator, and Airflow HVAC systems.

The site is ready to go - with 10x10 cages, full locking cabinets, half locking cabinets and quarter locking cabinets. An existing hosting company or a new hosting company would be right at home on day one. Existing revenue is less than $10,000 per month.

We plan to officially put the facility on the market in January; however, if you are in Dallas and want to take a tour please give me a call. The marketing book, with specifications and pictures will be complete after the 1st. We have not put a price on the facility.
