I am a coder and right now I am coding a new p2p program.
The program take a lot of work so I am extremly busy working on the code of it.
It is in pre-alpha/alpha stage right now.
I am looking to create a site to let people know what is happening with regards to the program and updates made.
If you can help by designing a website *template* (I will put in all the text, Im just looking for a template to lay it on)
It would be greatly appreciated.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I have already got the hosting sorted so I just need the site designed.

what can you offer in return? A permenant ad in the program? I'd be interested in that ;)

I'm interested. I'd be willing to do it even if the ad (if you offer it) is only in rotation. I'd quite enjoy that though. If you are interested, let me know.

I cant offer an ad on the program which will last forever as it would cost a lot of money for that but I can offer an ad on the website or maybe an ad in the program under rotation IF i do put ads in it.
If I put ads it will be on a page on the site but i doubt that i will have an ad which stays at the top of the program no-matter what window you have open as this takes A LOT of space which is often needed.
If I do put up an ad it most likely wouldnt be permanent anyway.

Hmm...that makes it sound like you are planning a big launch but cannot afford to give a piece of the pie to someone designing the site. I would say that is the minimum you could do(offer ad space on the program) considering professional website for a portal go anywhere from $500+.

Well I was looking for people who would be interesting in helping out,
I have now found someone that is willing to do it for nothing but of course I will still be putting them in the credits.
There is no need to be like that anyway zaid

We weren't trying to be rude (well the majority of us weren't) but if you do expect work for free, and there is a pie to be sliced at the end of the day, the volunteers who put time and effort into making your project successful should be entitled to some portion of that pie.

Think of it from a web designers point of view, a small credit on the program isn't really going to be worth the effort of spending hours on designing your site. Now a banner advert on the program (which can be rotated) would give us some sort of repayment for working for you.

If you can't provide that, then maybe you should start up Word or Frontpage and design a simple text based site. At least that way you don't insult the professionals frequenting the board.
