Use http://www.uwhois.com nameslave 12-14-2002, 06:59 AM Whois.net has been semi-defunct for well over a year now; I don't think you can still rely on it to do any research ... Mexico Joe 12-14-2002, 07:02 AM Originally posted by timechange So what? Use http://www.uwhois.com Unless I'm missing something, that doesn't look anything like whois.net. whois.net let you enter a work like "host" and it would return all domain names that had "host" in it, both active and deleted (I know you can search deleted domains that way with deleteddomains.com, but not active ones like you could with whois.net). Samuel 12-14-2002, 07:49 AM http://www.netcraft.com has a utility for pulling all names with "X" in it. Along them is www.whoisd.com. They could just be having technical problems-- But they've been down for a few days now. |
