im looking for 2 dedicated individuals to build up anything they want using the following 2 domains.

eown.net - Taken
dailyitnews.com - Taken

Time wasters need not apply. Dedication, commitment and the will to create something from nothing is a MUST.

I will offer you free hosting.... pretty much however much you need and also i can offer my own php/mysql services to a worthy cause also.

I really dont mind what you choose to create using the domains. but obviously dailyitnews.com is going to be a news site im guessing although if you can think of a better idea then try me.

More details upon email

just asking , are u going to lend the domain out or transfer them to the new owner?

If u are lending them out, won't u be able to take control of the site once they are establish of strip the site creator of what ever right they have over the site.

Well if u are transfering ownership of domain, u deserve a pat on the back.

ok basically the deal is that id somehow get some advertising. I really dont mind how much though.

The domain names are only registered for a year each and after the year has expired if the person who takes the offer up wants to purchase the domain than thats fine.

Not only would 'stripping' the domain name from them be immoral but it would also seriously cripple the credability of my business. localhoster.com is happy to sign anything you want in regaurds to this deal.

I will look into domain transfer if i can actually see that the domain is being used to its full extent.
