Hi, im looking for a cheap host for hosting my resume
It should have ftp access , around 10 MB space , the site will have some flash in it.
i am willing to go with less disk space.
No setup fee, monthly payment and less than 8 US $..or is that asking for too much :-)

If you're posting your resume, you should probably try and find a host that bills month to month or at least quarterly (I'm assuming you're just interested in posting you resume until you find a gig). You'd also ideally need to find a host with no/low setup cost. This makes it a little more difficult to find a low-cost host.
http://www.weinbar.com has an ~$8/month package with no setup fee that I'm sure would work well for you. They have an excellent reputation.
Since your e-mail is turned on I'm sure you'll get some offers from hosts. You might also try posting your request to the advertising forum here.

You may also host you resume with a free web space provider. Search at http://www.freewebspace.net
venture1 (http://www.venturesonline.com/Virtual_Hosting/virtual_hosting.html) suits what you need :D

You might try catalog.com. I've hosted a small site there (<20MB) for about seven or eight months there, and I haven't had any problems or any downtime.
The service is free. You get 20MB of disk space, 1GB of transfer. All you have to do is register a new domain or transfer it to catalog.com. I'm not aware of any catches; like I say, I've been there for over half a year, and I haven't had any problems.

mehrban,
You should check www.f2s.com, www.hosternet.co.uk.
They don't put ads on your site and they are free! You don't have to pay! I think they are enough for a resume site.
Just my $.011
