Finding a pharmacy payment processor can be tough (as I am sure you already know). Because it is a grey area of ecommerce, each processor has it's specific rules on what they require from you to process for your product.
While I don't believe it will be hard for you to find someone to accept your business, your long term goal should be to build a relationship with the processor and comply with every single rule they have, no matter how petty it may seem. They will appreciate this and you will gain stability in return.

I know of a couple, but it really depends on some important factors which would be best. Monthly volume, also if the shipments are sent with tracking, and if you have a license (risk assessment checks on those), and also the products (most won't do controlled substances). The other biggie is payment history, if you have that and volume it's like bargaining chips finding a place to underwrite it, and also the rates.

try Chronopay, they will probably approve you if you have the right papers

They were down for a week a few days ago but are up again now. I'm looking for a better processor. Any suggestions?

Your are not going to obtain a definitive answer in this forum regarding processing for pharm. Too many unanswered questions.
You need to seek out a professional, that knows the in and outs of high risk processing.
I will tell you this, for a long term solution you have to have your ducks in order. You may find a processor that will acept your biz for 30 days or so, until risk determines the account was miscoded, but a long term solution is going to be very challenging to obtain. domestic or off-shore
