Can anybody tell me if I can I terminate .TV domain after one year contract or I have to stay with them for the full 2-year term. I already paid the first year.

well if you have paid for one year.. dun pay for another year.. simple.. if they dun get a payment, the domain name will expire..

Agreement says:
You understand that if you have prepaid only one year of your two-year minimum registration obligation, you are still obligated to pay for the second year. If you used a credit card, we reserve the right to automatically charge your credit card at the beginning of the second year.

At least it's a company who paid a lot of money and tried to establish the new image of .tv.

5% increase is for every payment period. if you buy a domain for 5 years this year, then you pay $current price * 1.05 in year 2006.
