I really hate being the one starting another "best. . . " thread however I'm trying to get an idea of good UI or neat skin for web applications, primarily for a web hosting control panel for ideas. There are certain aspects of ModernBill that makes it really snazzy at the first glance which makes it very confusing until you get very use to the interface. Then you begin to realize that the horizontal and vertical menus shift from area to area.

It's not very consistent. Still, it's impressive. A lot CPanel skins look pretty impressive than the default one that comes with Cpanel.

Just point me in the direction of a few good skins like hostrocket.com for example. :P)

I want to get a nice list to send over to our graphics department to review so he can figure out what he can do to create a skin that will evolve with the application without having to redesign or recut the skin.
