As a client, how do I contact you?

My current clients prefer to use ICQ/AIM/MSN or Yahoo to contact me. The way the system works is if you have a problem, then you can either leave me a message in one of the instant messenger programs, or send me an e-mail. Your server problems will then be solved ASAP.

Do you offer any discount for mutiple servers?

Along with this Xmas special offer, it will be $115/month/server if you are joining my services with 2 servers. If you have 3 or more servers then it will be $110 per month, per server.

In addition to server administration services, do you offer other services?

Yes, a remote backup service is available to server administration clients only. The cost for this is $25 per month, per server... it uses rsync to copy your files over to a remote, dedicated backup server where your data is stored securely. Once a day, rsync will only backup files that have changed, this saves on bandwidth charges.

In terms of software, what do your services include?

I am able to install any server software such as MRTG, Zend Optimizer and ImageMagick. Charges will apply if you want website software installed such as PerlDesk, AWStats or NetStatus Monitor. The cost for script installations are low, for example, to install PerlDesk with email piping on a Cpanel server is only $20 one-time fee.

I am looking to move to a dedicated server soon, but my concern has always been sysadmin (my Linux skills really suck).That's exactly why I provide this service. There are many people who just want to run their websites on a dedicated server and do what they specialise in. All you do is leave the admin jobs to me and just spend your time working on your business.
