My RackLocation.com server is still operational, but I've stopped maintaining/using it for the most part.
After it was down for about 24hrs approximately a week ago I called PogoLinux up esstentially asking the status, I got ahold of Tim who said if it wasn't back up by that night to email him and he has a contact to DI who could look into it (to see if the plug got pulled, to see if it was actually being shipped (which at this point I don't believe will ever happen), etc). He also mentioned they be willing to do a refund (I paid for the year at $50/month, minus setup and the two months I had (which were surprisingly problem free, despite me knowing next to nothing about unix/linux). After it wasn't up that night I emailed him asking to go the refund route, because, while up to this point I was just using it to host my friends or my sites, nothing that needed reliability, I figured in the future I'd like to be able to host a more business oriented site without fear of random disappearence. I haven't gotten a reply back with regards to the refund, not sure if Pogo has charged back the card for the remaining amount or not, but I'll worry about it later.
My next money waste is building a server for co-location, at a preferribly more reliable company, with my eyes on Weinbar, which seems to be quite recommended (and afforable enough for a kid like me who loves to waste money on computers).
And if you care... The RackLocation server is at 66.33.25.71, 66.33.26.71, 64.65.59.114, 64.65.59.115 (I think on the last two, I have trouble remembering them off hand and am too lazy to check). With a great test site of mine at http://www.melonballs.com running on that server. (Note: Very annoying website, purposly so, random amounts of profanity, and your browser may notice random shaking ;) )

Why does it not surprise me that the last two of those IPs were given to me at one point when I had a RackLocation box.

That's odd, I don't remember Tim Lee being in any position to make changes on RackLocation accounts or even do anything for RackLocation since pogolinux's relationship was broken off with netcolony/racklocation a long time ago
Oh well, I think its messed up that your server is online and mine isn't.. My concern, primarily my data, but i'll never get access to it thanks to wonderful Netcolony

Pucky,
I suggest contacting your credit card company and doing a charge-back. PogoLinux probably won't do anything. They will want you to get a server from them.
I'm using weinbar's dedicated server and everything has went fine.
My RackLocation server is still up too.
