Low ping is a MUST, and good connectivity I should be able to burst at least at 1 MPS, these are the only requirements. Please advise. Ping from me is not the most important factor, somewhere located in the middle of the USA would problably be good, simply because most of the people accessing this will be scattered accross the USA.
