Yeah, I have a question, it's 9pm ET, and your site is timing out...WHY?

Not a very good start to your promise of "99.9% uptime", within a few hours your own site is down.

Geez and four bucks a month??? Sometimes I wonder if these companies intend on making a profit.

The down time experienced was from another outage cause by the data center we use: VDI
