I've been reading through a lot of post over the last few days and am trying to find a good host for my business. I own a website design/development company and could easily see hosting at least a few client websites on a windows machine before the end of the year. I really need a good reliable hosting partner for my windows clients.
What I need is:
Scalable window hosting with ASP.NET/SQL
Multiple domains
Plesk (or a comparable windows control panel)
I currently have a Linux VPS server with knownhost.com and it's great! (knowhost is awesome BTW, I found them by reading and posting on this forum a few years ago. I highly recommend them!) I need to find the equivalent in a windows environment.
Is there a VPS equivalent in windows? (please excuse my ignorance)
Here's a list hosts that I have come up with so far:
Handynetworks.com
databasemart.com
alpshost.com
webedgehosting.com
Can anyone one add to this list?
Is there a place I can go to see customer reviews of windows hosts?
Reliability and service are my #1 concerns. Cost is 2nd. I would gladly pay a little more if it means avoiding slow support responses or server downtime in the future.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post!
Best,
Matt
