I'm currently looking to set up my first own online store and I'm trying to find the best e-commerce software for my site, I've heard very good things about Magento but I was wondering if anyone has used Volusion or knows much about it? From what I can see it looks quite good and the support packages seems quite reasonable but there doesn't seem to be much online about it.

As this is my first online store, I definitely need something that's reliable and has support but I don't want something that's going to break the bank!

Hi, a good link for you to go to would be the following link http://www.volusion.com/ecommerce-testimonials.asp it gives you the testimonials that you need. Another good place that has some answers on Volusion is hostchart.com. They have many companies that I have used before that have this built into there hosting plans.
