Interland was very helpful and prompt in setting up my account. But... Then I waited for features to be turned on. I waited 10 days, then called. They told me there was nothing they could do, except for me to go back to their site and re-submit and wait another 10 days? I am now in the process of testing their 30 day money-back guarantee. I had to call twice on that too!! they claim they never got my first e-mail...
