I own a small web developing firm, which I have many clients come to ask me design their website and host they website. I don't do the host, I only do the site development. Minimum of 3 extra domains is a MUST
minimum of 20 POP3 email with web-based email
Fully Function Control Panel
Share or own SSL
24x7 customer supprt
ASP/ Dreamweaver/Access/ is a MUST

I just moved a 450 plus page web site - www.chicagojobresource.com to www.fluidhosting.com the past month.

Support has been nothing but excellent. They have gone way out of their way to make my monster web site work. I dropped Hostway beacuse they couldn't figure it out.

The prices might be a little higher than you listed but you get internap bandwidth which is what I wanted.
