Cheers Steve!

Your DRAMS is very useful and lots of features included, highly recommended! If you have an Enom reseller account, don't waste your time to work on the API integration into your site, buy DRAMS now! You'll never get disappointed! :D

Is there any loss of functionality when using eNom Credit Card Processing? I thought I remember reading somewhere that the API didn't support some functions. Transfers maybe?

If it supports everything I'll take a copy! :D

eNom's credit card processing currently does not support transfer payments, nor payment processing for the sale of reseller accounts.

Not processing reseller accounts is no biggie, but no transfers is a bit of a bummer. If you set it up for eNom's credit card processing are transfers turned off so the user doesn't see the option? How is that handled?

Thanks,
Richard

Yes, when only eNom credit card processing is used the transfers page will be removed.

You could always take paypal payments for transfers.

That's true. I was also thinking that I could process transfers offline since it wouldn't be that important for transfers to be real time. Would that be possible? I have a Quickbooks merchant account for processing credit cards. Eventually I'll switch to someone that uses Authorize.net, but I was hoping to put that off for a while longer.

Expect a long wait with support and I wish I could say this thing works!

60 bucks poorer, twiddling my thumbs, and trying to figure out why!

Why you would post this here, I do not know. I see you emailed our support at 4am my time, and I dont see getting a response and your problem fixed within 5 hours (considering it was mailed to us in the middle of the night) excessive. Sorry, but we sleep too.

Also, the problem was not an issue with the software. Your problem is covered in both the manual and our forums.

Curl is REQUIRED, and the CORRECT path needed to be enterered into the configurator.

I accept bashing if I deserve it, but did not see this as being deserved.

Steve

Hello everyone,

I post here because this is a place to share experiences. I am not trying to bash although I do admit my statements were not clear and appropriate.

My system is still not working and it has yet to be determined what exactly is the cause.

Yes you did fix the problem, but you also made different settings that created a new problem. So the end result is that DRAMS is still not working properly.

Yes the manual exists, it is a good manual and you have done an execellent job to get everything launched really nicely. I just felt after reading through the manual several times and seeing other users with similar problems on your forums, that perhaps the point wasn't successfully getting across to your customers.

Believe me. I hope I am very wrong about your product and service. I do not wish for anyone to have any problems with DRAMs or anything else. I was just frustrated that things weren't working proplerly and still aren't.

I thank you for your time and effort and I sincerely apologize to the users of this board for my previous post. Drams is a fine product and a fine company and I did not mean to suggest otherwise.

However it still doesn't change this fact. I'm out 60 dollars with a product that doesn't work on my server. This means that I will have to discuss this matter with my server company to determine what we need to do to rectify the problem. Perhaps this is merely a server problem only.

Tell me though, who do I trust? I've never met anyone I've ever dealt with on the Internet. Yes I worry about these things a bit. Please excuse my ignorance and next time I'll be more careful.

Thank you,

Sincerely,

Ricoche

Steve is a great help. I have not had any curl issues on my server, but he has been great helping me get my system up (did the same for 2.0). Just this morning we must have had a 20+ email correspondence all of which were config on my end that he straightend out.

My 2cents -> back to editing templates :)
