how do i open the raw logs from cpanel, win zip wont do it?

You should be able to extract the file using Winzip to a folder and then view it with any text editor.

WinZip won't do it. Get ZipGenius from www.zipgenius.com. It's free.

Winzip will do it. I use it all the time. Right click on the zip file and choose "extract to folder blahblah." From there, open the folder and view with a text editor.
