good luck... normally you have to pay for a sip trunk and DID.

Try looking at sipgate, I know they do free numbers.

SipGate is indeed free for the inbound UK number. You top up your account with credit to make outgoing calls. You need a credit card and UK address though (if that is an issue).

The service seems to have become more reliable over the years and I would recommend this company for low volume/personal needs.
