If I wanted to create a sub domain say mail.funs.co.uk would I do this on the raq or would I have to get the isp to add them some where else, My domain is currently pointing to there name servers, does this effect being able to set up sub domains.

Its a raq4 that I have and as you can guess I never had one before, I chatted to there support and they just give me a link that told me about setting up records but I was getting confused as I don't know if I have to get them to do it as my domain is pointing to there name servers or wether thsi did not matter and I was still able to configure dns on my server.

I actually know where to add them in server control panel.

What I want to know is do I use the server control panel to create sub domains even if my listed name servers for the domain are the isp's or does that not make a difference.
