I like your guarantee,
but the link you offer:
http://www.rackspace.com/infrastructure/sla/sla.php.
is broken.

You have to remove the "." at the tail.

It seems that RackSpace refund te money is there is any downtime.
However, sometime the outage is because of the server, not because of the network.
Are you guarantee that you can maintain your server, make the load low, and monitor your server 24/7/365?

If yes,
I'll go into your service.

Sorry about the broken link(it's fixed now). Yes, sometimes the outage is caused by the server. In that case, the guarantee does not apply. The guarantee is that the network will be available for 99.999% of the time, but if someone messes up their server or something else goes wrong then we obviously can not guarantee that. If you look at the link it'll tell you further details on how Rackpace explains it. If you have further questions you can also contact me via AIM or ICQ.

Thank you,
Mike
