Hello, I would like to know if there is any hosting company that provides pinnacle cart as their ecommerce solution.
Currently, I am using the Pinnacle Cart Hosted solution but it is not working for me. Their support take at least 12 hours to reply a ticket and they don't care if your website is down (My website has been down for 14 hours now). I'm not worried because I am still configuring my ecommerce site, but I can't imagine this happing to my site once is Live.
I need a company that always have the latest pinnacle cart installed with updates and with true 24/7 support, that could reply to tickets in hours and not days.
So, in case you are wondering why I did not buy the software from pinnacle instead of being hosted. The reason is that I don't want to worry about hosting servers or managing VPS and I don't think that a normal hosting accounts is good for hosting e-commerce solutions. I know there are several "managed hosting providers" but most of them are not proactively and Rackspace is just too expensive.
Any good ecommerce providers?

If your uptime is something that you find crucial, I would suggest finding a company that does management on top of Softlayer services.
Softlayer is rock solid and you can be rest assured that there won't be a network outage that will take your site offline for any outrageous period of time.
However, there are many other rock solid providers. LiquidWeb, Rackspace, The Planet, Terremark (Although you will definitely be paying a premium), and more.
I would definitely recommend going on a Cloud computing system if budget is a concern and you want high uptime.

I would suggest that you might be able to find a service/support oriented webhost that has some e-commerce experience and is willing to install the cart/SSL/IP Address for you. And they may even be able to assist you in transferring your products over to the new cart. A good web host will also have an upgrade path for you in such time that you might need to move to a VPS/Dedicated. They can also fully manage the VPS/Dedicated for you. My suggestion would be that you also search for a good webmaster that can handle your store for you so all you have to do is market and ship your products.
Let us know what you decide to do.

Thanks for the advice ClubUptime, I did a research before deciding for pinnacle cart, while their cart is good and has lots of features, the customer service and hosted solution is not good.
I now that these providers are good and I am willing to pay for the premium but I would like a provider that knows the software, because 99% of the time the down time comes from broken software or software related support. Most hosting companies will offer Magento, Os-commerce or Zen cart ( all open source stuff) that does not offer a true eCommerce solution.
as Dakine says, I really need a provider that is on top of everything, but I haven't find it. I have pay for a service and so far I still don't have anything, just a website down for at least 3 days now and so communication what-so-ever from the support team.
I talk to support today, they did not did anything besides saying it will get fix soon (probably sometime next week)... I am about to ask for my money back and search for another provider, but I have no idea where to go..

Some hosting companies will optimize or specialize in a particular cart software. We do the same thing (not with Pinnacle Cart) and we know the software pretty well. The issue is that while we specialize in a particular cart software we do not provide support for "broken software" nor do we provide "software related support". We only provide hosting related support The software related support would be up to your web designer or webmaster or the cart designers. This is why it so important to purchase cart software that is stable and that has a good support team behind it. Now if the issue is with MySQL, PHP, etc. of course your hosting provider will provide support. Each person/company provides support for a different piece of your puzzle. When one piece breaks only the person/company that supports that piece can fix the issue. I know you want to find one person or company that can do it all and I am afraid that it just may not exist. Hosted solutions are not always the best solution.
What does your webmaster suggest to do about future downtime?
