Hello, how to create sub-domain in ensim ?

you need to install a mod, and make all the domains run wildcard dns, then the users can create sub domains simply by creating a directory - thats how we do it.

As standard ensim has no subdomain management feature, except for adding the subdomain as a new account/domain name.

i think there is a howto on the ensim forums @ ensim.com

you can just add sub.domain.com as a new name based site just as if you were adding a new domain. this subdomain get its seperate space and bandwidth as well as log in. its easier than doing th e apache.py hack

but customers cant do that :)

With the apache hack customers can create there own subdomains without having to get admin to add a new site. our customers love the simplicity of the way it works.
