Would I need to have users sign up and have a webpage with a messageboard already ready to go on it. Much like ezboards where you can also pay for it to remove banners? And does anyone know where I can find one?

Why don't you just install a free forum on your website? Here are some good choices:

hes looking for a script so each customer that signs up gets a forum installed automatically - wit his ads, then after payment the ads can be removed, hes not looking for 1 free forum for himself.

US-Matt - yah i've tried php.resourceindex.com as well as hotscripts but I've not found anything yet plus I'm not exactly sure what the script type would be or what it would be called. so that might have something to do with it.
