Now, I KNOW this issue has been talked about many times, but I'm greedy and I want the answers in my own thread :stickout:

Now, I've spent about an hour and a half looking at the ModernBill demo... looks really nice, considering it seems to do everything. Unforntunately, it's really difficult to understand, being a demo, it has been ripped apart and has way to much going on because of everyone using it.

I'm curious, how easy is it to do things with ModernBill....
How customizable is that order forum? I'd like that order forum to fit nicely into my site, instead of looking like I've sent my customer to a different site.

Does my client ever have to login to a modernbill control panel or anything to update info or whatever? Or is that all me?

Do I need a Merchant Account with someone for this? Ya know, one of those places that puts all my money from CC's into an account or whatever? Or do I just sign up with Authorize.net or something similar?

How good is ModernBill's support? - I was looking at that invoice thing, running the batches and stuff.. and it was telling me about running a cronjob for it. Would ModernBill help me set that up?

With Ensim, is everything automated? Meaning, when someone signs up, will it automatical enable the account once I've recieved payment?

Again, one last time, how customizable is everything? From the emails it automatically sends out to the order forms....

Thank you.. oh yeah, answer any questions I'm probably forgetting ;)

--the order form is just tables. You can color it and add headers/footers any way you like.

--You can use PayPal, Authorize.net, 2CheckOut, etc. Most mainstream services are supported in some form.

--They have a pretty sizable support forum. I've never actually used the helpdesk though.

--I dont use Ensim.

--emails and order forms are 95% customizable. The 'members section' where users go to change their CC numbers and personal info is about 2% customizable. MB v.4 is heavy graphically. "Admin" on their support forum claims that a lite theme is coming this month.
